We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to support our E-commerce Manager in executing and optimizing our online business operations. This is a dynamic role that spans ecommerce operations, digital marketing support, and general VA-style tasks ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be the E-commerce Manager’s right hand, helping keep projects on track and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team on restocking and fulfillment.
Support order processing and ensure smooth coordination with customer service.
Assist in troubleshooting site issues and liaising with developers/designers when needed.
Help with QA of new features, landing pages, or marketing creatives.
Keep digital files, reports, and assets organized and accessible for the team.
Coordinate and schedule
Assist in managing social media content calendars and postings.
Support the implementation of paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
Pull performance reports and assist in marketing analytics and insights.
Conduct competitor and trend research to guide marketing strategies.
Act as an operational and administrative support system for the E-commerce Manager.
Juggle multiple projects and priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
Handle ad hoc VA-style tasks to free up the manager’s time.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, or a related support role.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus: Photoshop, Canva, or basic HTML/CSS experience.
