Role: Amazon Paid Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Work Hours: Part-time or Full-time, with significant overlap required during 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Rate: $2500 - $3000 / monthly
Tools: Amazon Ads Console, Google Ads, YouTube Studio, SEO tools
Time Tracking: Hubstaff (mandatory)

We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand looking to expand our reach and performance on Amazon. Our products fall into essential, need-based categories with varying price points and a competitive catalog. As our next growth milestone, we're hiring an Amazon Paid Marketing Specialist who can drive strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid campaigns on Amazon—and ideally bring bonus expertise in Google Ads, YouTube, and SEO.
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a results-driven Amazon Ads Expert with proven success in managing and scaling Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Brand Video campaigns. You should be hands-on, analytical, and comfortable working independently with or without automation software. A background in need-based products, low-ticket and high-ticket pricing strategy, and data-driven bid management is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon paid campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brand, Brand Video)
Regularly analyze ad performance and adjust bids and targeting accordingly
Run keyword research and optimization using Amazon’s internal reporting and external tools
Monitor ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and conversion metrics to achieve growth and profitability goals
Identify opportunities for keyword harvesting, ad type testing, and campaign restructuring
Collaborate with the creative team or direct creatives for Sponsored Brand and Video ads
(Optional) Assist with Google Ads or YouTube campaigns if experienced
Make data-backed recommendations for listing improvements or optimization
Must-Have Skills
Soft Skills:
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset

Ability to self-manage and prioritize projects
Willingness to work U.S. business hours when needed
Hard Skills:
Deep experience with Amazon Ads Console
Manual optimization using Amazon reports
Experience working with ads software (e.g., Perpetua, Quartile, etc.)
Creative experience or direction for Sponsored Brand Videos
Familiarity with listing optimization techniques
(Bonus) Knowledge in SEO, Google Ads, or YouTube Ads
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of Amazon Advertising experience (active, not outdated)
Track record of scaling Amazon ad campaigns profitably
Experience working with or alongside creative teams
Familiarity with managing U.S.-based accounts and time zones
