JOB OVERVIEW

BNX Business Advisors is on the lookout for a dynamic Virtual Assistant with strong appointment setting skills and a creative eye for visuals. This role is best for someone who enjoys having meaningful conversations with prospects while also lending their creative skills to support brand visibility. We’ll train you in our systems—but we need you to come in with confidence, creativity, and consistency.

???? Remote | ???? $2.50/hr | ???? 10PM–4AM PH Time | Mon–Fri

Primary Role: Appointment Setter

Call and email prospects to book appointments
Qualify leads and follow up with warm contacts
Track leads and update appointment logs
Communicate clearly and confidently in English

Secondary Tasks: Creative & Support Role

Create and edit social media graphics (training visuals, promo flyers, etc.)
Edit videos for training courses and promotional campaigns
Upload and organize videos with proper branding elements
Assist with light admin tasks and post to social media pages

Requirements:

? Clear and professional English speaking voice
? Experience in appointment setting (calls + emails)
? Knowledge of graphic and video editing best practices
? Stable internet and webcam for virtual check-ins
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable
