HIRING FOR END OF Q4, 2025 and Q1, 2026.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for hungry, competitive, and skilled Acquisition Agents to join our team. This is a sales-driven role focused on converting inbound leads into signed contracts through negotiation, relationship-building, and relentless follow-up. This is NOT a “clock-in, clock-out” job. This is a chance to earn serious money by locking up real estate deals across the US.

Compensation:
-Base + Commission OR Commission-Only. Monthly Earning Potential $ ---------- USD. Remote. No ceilings. No excuses.

Who We’re Looking For:
-Straight-up closers with real experience locking up wholesales, novations, and cash deals.
-Killers who can run 20+ conversations a day and still want more.
-People who can follow a script, stick to a process, but know how to close.
-Strong, clear English with a neutral/native accent (verbal is king, written is a bonus).
-Reliability. If you commit to something, follow through.
-A Desire to get better. Everyday.
-Tech-savvy with Follow Up Boss, Google Sheets, Call Tools, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Asana.

What You’ll Do Daily:
-Follow up with inbound leads.
-Run virtual appointments with sellers.
-Underwrite properties for offers.
-Negotiate and lock up contracts.
-Attend Sales training and grow in your skills.
-Send offers, track signed contracts, and update CRM.
-Hit KPIs: Appointments. Offers Sent. Offers Signed. Conversations Per Day.

Schedule
-9 AM – 5 PM EST (US hours).
-Tea ---------- eting every morning at 9 AM EST.
- Sales Training - Wednesday and Thursday 1PM
-Be ready to jump on calls outside those hours if the deal’s hot.

Growth
-You close for us, you grow with us. This role has a direct path to Senior Closer, Team Lead, and Managerial positions.
