We are a fast-growing Norwegian skin care brand dedicated to creating high-quality products that help women feel confident in their own skin. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our marketing campaigns to life.

Role Overview

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for making high converting image ads for Meta. Your task is to make a image ad that stopps the scroll, build purchase intent and gets the click. You’ll work closely with our creative strategists to craft compelling creatives that highlight the benefits of our products and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-performing ad creatives each and every day
Generate hyper photorealistic images with AI to include in the ad creatives
Create multiple variations of each for testing (visuals, images used, colors, copy, style, etc.)
Ensure brand consistency when relevant
Stay up to date with current trends and what stops the scroll

High diversity and variations
Click and conversions are our focus, not making beautiful ads
Our ads are often ugly, organic-looking and does not look like ads

Requirements

Proven experience in making image ads for Meta (portfolio required)
Experienced with generating hyper photorealistic AI images or very eager to learn
Proficiency with editing software (Canva & Figma)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
