About The Role

We're seeking a Creative Strategist to drive creative direction and strategy for our high-performing ad creative across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond. You'll be responsible for developing innovative creative campaigns that optimize conversion-focused ad performance while working closely with our creative team of designers, video editors, and external creators. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and performance marketing, loves crafting compelling scripts and creative briefs, and is passionate about using data to drive creative decisions.

In this role, you will:

Compile Ad Inspiration: Generate innovative ideas for static, GIF, and video ad creatives and develop comprehensive creative briefs
Script Generation: Craft compelling scripts for video ads and oversee their production from concept to completion
Sourcing Content from Creators: Identify and source content from existing assets, internal talent, and external creators
Partner with Editor on Recuts + New Concepts: Work closely with video editors and designers, leveraging your experience to guide the creative process
Review Performance metrics for ads, identify whats working, why its performing and submit briefs for new creative assets as needed
Focus on performance metrics like CAC, CTR, and scroll-stop rate to ensure creatives drive engagement and sales
Review paid analytics to improve creative performance and iterate based on data insights
Whitelisting: Coordinate with influencers to run whitelisted content and manage creator relationships
Program Manage Creative Pipeline start to finish. Be accountable for shipping high velocity creative quickly
