Location: Fully remote – preference for candidates based in the Philippines (to align with existing team)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm UK time (1:00pm – 10:00pm PH time)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager who will keep our projects running smoothly and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. Your role is all about coordination, organisation, and accountability. You’ll make sure tasks are clearly defined, deadlines are tracked, and tea
This is a great role for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident in keeping everyone aligned. You won’t be doing the technical work yourself, but you’ll be the person ensuring our project management processes are strong and consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight & Coordination
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Track progress and flag potential risks or delays early
Keep the CEO updated with concise project status reports
Task & Workflow Management
Ensure tasks are properly created, assigned, and tracked in project management tools (e.g. Notion,
Follow up with tea
Help streamline processes and suggest improvements to keep projects efficient
Communication & Accountability
Act as the central point of coordination for the team
Ensure updates, responsibilities, and changes are clearly communicated
Keep project documentation and timelines up to date and accessible
Organisation & Reporting
Maintain well-organised project folders and records
Support the CEO by consolidating updates into summaries or dashboards
Help build systems that improve project visibility and accountability
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria
At least 2 years of experience in project management or coordination
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. Notion,
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Proactive and confident in following up to keep projects moving
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Reliable internet connection with a backup plan for outages
Desirable Criteria
Experience working with remote teams
Familiarity with social enterprises, nonprofits, or community-focused organisations
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Confidence in suggesting process improvements and new systems
