We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Expert and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s platform for professional outreach, lead generation, content optimization, and analytics. In addition, you will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels to drive growth, brand awareness, and engagement.Key
Responsibilities:Develop and execute LinkedIn strategies for lead generation, networking, and brand positioning.Manage LinkedIn company page, personal profiles, and employee advocacy programs.Create, schedule, and optimize LinkedIn content (posts, articles, ads) to maximize reach and engagement.Run and analyze LinkedIn ad campaigns, adjusting for performance and ROI.Integrate LinkedIn activities with broader digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email, PPC, social media).Track KPIs and prepare detailed analytics reports with actionable insights for 30- and 90-day roadmaps.Collaborate with content, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging and goals.Stay updated on LinkedIn best practices, platform changes, and new digital marketing trends.Qualifications:Proven experience managing LinkedIn for business purposes, including advanced outreach and advertising.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics platforms.Excellent communication and content creation skills.Ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and advise strategic decisions.Experience with WordPress or Squarespace a plus.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

Salary Range:
