Position Details
• Position: Independent Contractor (Full-Time) 45 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) United States Time
• Start Date: Middle of October 2025

What You'll Do
Customer Support (60% of role)
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, text, chat, and
• Schedule septic service appointments in our Jobber CRM
• Process payments and handle billing questions
• Keep detailed, organized customer records
• Follow up proactively to ensure satisfaction
• Coordinate with field technicians for smooth service delivery
Social Media Management (30% of role)
• Create and post engaging content on
• Design simple graphics and edit photos/videos
• Engage with local community groups to build our brand
• Respond to social media messages and comments
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements
• Learn and grow with our social media consulting partner
Administrative Support (10% of role)
• Help with expense tracking and basic reports
• Assist owner with various tasks as needed
• Suggest process improvements
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
• 3+ years phone-based customer support (BPO experience valued)
• 2+ years managing business social media accounts
• 1+ year working night shifts
• Experience with CRM systems (Jobber a plus)
Technical Requirements
• Your own reliable computer
• Stable internet: 25+ Mbps download / 10+ Mbps upload
• Backup internet connection (mobile data or secondary ISP)
• Quiet workspace for professional calls
• Quality headset with noise-canceling microphone

• Excellent English - both spoken and written (C2 level)

Compensation Structure
• Base Rate: USD $800–$1,200/month (47,000–70,000 PHP), flat rate for contractors working night shifts. This rate already reflects the overnight schedule — there is no separate night premium.
• Payment: Twice monthly via EasyPay/Payoneer.
• Performance Bonus: $50 – $100 USD per month based on metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and accuracy. This rewards strong performance without creating entitlements.
• Rate Increases: Opportunities for increases based on long-term performance and company growth.
• Stability: Consistent schedule (45 hours per week), predictable monthly pay, and the chance to grow with our business.
Time-Off Flexibility
We understand the importance of rest and balance. To support our long-term partnership, contractors have time off for flexibility included in base rates of:
• Philippine holidays of New Year's Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Araw ng Kagitingan, Labor Day, Independence Day, National Heroes Day, Bonifacio Day, Christmas Day, Rizal Day, Eid'l Fitr, and Eid'l Adha.
• Five days every six months
Contractor Relationship
This is an independent contractor position. You will:
• Complete IRS Form W-8BEN for US tax purposes
• Handle your own Philippine tax obligations
• Use your own equipment and internet connection
• Be paid a flat contracted monthly rate
