SEO/SEM Specialist – Virtual Professional (VP)

Function: Marketing
Location: Remote (Philippines, Latin America, or India)
Rate: $6–8/hr
Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Reports To: Marketing Director, Command F Agency

What You’ll Own
We’re looking for a battle-tested SEO/SEM Specialist who can drive consistent, qualified lead flow for a fast-growing trades-based business. This isn’t an entry-level gig. You’ll take charge of Google Ads performance, SEO content strategy, and Google Business Profile optimization—delivering measurable marketing ROI. You’ll collaborate with our Technical SEO Lead but will fully own content SEO, paid search, and lead funnel performance.
At Command F Agency, we don’t babysit. And neither will you. You’ll be set up for impact with our Role Clarity Framework, cutting chaos and turning strategy into results.

Role Clarity Framework
A. Primary Functions
Lead generation through paid search (Google Ads) and content SEO
Execute and optimize digital campaigns to reduce CPA and maximize conversions
Plan, write, and publish SEO-rich content that drives traffic and rankings
Manage email campaigns and lead funnel coordination across platforms
B. Systems Ownership
Google Ads + GA4 + Google Tag Manager (conversion tracking & reporting)
WordPress (Elementor + RankMath) for blog publishing
Google Business Profiles (optimization, local SEO, engagement)
Pipedrive or Go High Level (email campaigns, lead funnel management)
C. Measurable Deliverables
Weekly/monthly Google Ads performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate)
Minimum 2 SEO-optimized blog posts per month
Monthly newsletter campaigns with tracked KPIs (open rate, CTR, unsubscribes)
Documented lead flow performance across GBP, Ads, and blog content
D. Support Task Delegation
Canva graphics support for blog, GBP, and email visuals
Technical SEO handled by in-house SEO Lead (you focus on content + SEM)
Administrative and reporting tasks streamlined with agency tools

Who You Are
Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication skills
5+ years in SEO/SEM with proven Google Ads lead-gen success
Strong grasp of content SEO for local service businesses
Confident writing clear, optimized blogs with real value (no fluff or AI spam)
Proactive, collaborative, organized, and driven by numbers—not guesses
Bonus: Experience in trades, construction, or home services marketing
