FINANCE MANAGER FOR E-COMMERCE

We're a growing e-commerce company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Manager to help us manage and maintain accurate monthly profit & loss statements, track cash flow, and support strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly P&L reports, Product GP (Quickbooks Online, Google Sheets)
- Track and categorize revenue and expenses
- Reconcile accounts and multiple payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Wise, Shopify, credit cards, multiple accounts)
- Work with our CEO and Operations Lead to provide clear, financial summaries
- Maintain clean and well-organized financial records
- Help flag potential inefficiencies, overspending, or missing cost data

Who We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Previous experience working with e-commerce or digital companies
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Google Sheets
- Analytical, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable working with small, fast-moving remote teams

Time Commitment:
- Estimated 20–40 hours/week
- Fully remote
