JOB OVERVIEW

PURCHASING STAFF
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
• Managing the entire procurement cycle, from identifying needs and placing orders to receiving and approving goods and services.
• Inspecting purchased items and ensuring they meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
• Maintaining accurate records of all purchases, contracts, payments, and supplier performance.
• Staying informed about market trends, new products, and business opportunities to optimize purchasing strategies
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., production, inventory) to align procurement with organizational goals.
• Negotiating terms and prices with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchases.
• Placing orders, tracking delivery, and ensuring timely arrival of goods.
• managing the process of acquiring goods from international suppliers, including researching and selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, processing purchase orders, and coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure the timely and compliant delivery of imported products
