Part-Time Appointment Setter

Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is initially an experiment to enhance our lead generation and client engagement efforts. You'll start with a 2-month trial period, during which we'll evaluate the value you bring to the team, including your ability to successfully set appointments that align with our men's self-development focus. If successful, this could evolve into a longer-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inbound and outbound appointment setting to connect potential clients with our self-development services.

Perform targeted outreach via email, social media, or other channels to generate interest and qualify leads.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects interested in men's self-development topics, such as personal growth, mindset coaching, fitness, relationships, and career advancement.

Track and report on appointment-setting metrics to demonstrate impact during the trial period.

Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies based on results.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar sales/outreach role.
* English - Conversational Level or higher
* Strong skills in both inbound (handling incoming inquiries) and outbound (cold/warm outreach) appointment setting.
* Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
* Preference for candidates with prior experience in the men's self-development industry (e.g., coaching, personal growth programs, or related fields).
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a part-time capacity
* Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
* Ability to commit to a 2-month trial period with potential for extension based on performance.
