Virtual Assistant for instagram

We are seeking a confident, reliable, dedicated and well organised individual to be part of our team. A virtual assistant not only is flexible, be able to work UK times and manage a large volume of direct messages from instagram.

The position is for 4 hours a day part-time with a view to become full-time.
Sales incentives will also be available as you reach your targets and Kip’s
Responsibilities:

- Manage and organise incoming DM’s on instagram and possibly other platforms.
- Manage enquiry bookings.
- Respond to messages in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with followers, influencers and potential clients.
- Provide feedback on the instagram page.
- Be able to participate in tea ---------- etings.
- Be proactive with new ideas, strategies and solutions.

Requirements:

- Great professional and effective communication skills.
- Great written and verbal skills in The English language.
- Proven track record of instant messaging with the ability to adapt to different clientele.
- An understanding of social media platforms.
- A knowledge of the fitness industry would be desirable.
- Be able to produce sales leads.
- To meet KPI targets.
- Be effective in learning new skills.
- Having a broad spectrum of IT skills.
- Be an effective team player and be able to participate in tea ---------- etings.
