Thumbnail designer for YouTube Channels

Join our fast-growing YouTube team as a Thumbnail Designer! We are looking for a reliable, long-term employee who can consistently deliver eye-catching thumbnails that boost clicks and engagement across multiple YouTube channels. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

***What we offer:***

Starting salary: $300/month

The work functions in light days ( tuesday,thursday,sunday) and heavy days ( monday,wednesady,friday,saturday)
-on light days you will have only 2-3 hours of work, on heavy days you will have around 8 hours of work
-some tea ---------- mbers do the light day workload on their heavy day, so they have the day after completely off

Performance-based bonuses

Salary increased periodically over time

13th month pay
9 days off during holidays season mandatory

***Requirements:***

Canva/photoshop experience is obviously a must (we use it daily)

Prior experience as a YouTube thumbnail designer is a big plus

Strong sense of color, layout, and visual storytelling

Must be creative, reliable, and able to meet daily deadlines

Full-time commitment (8 hours per day, 5–6 days a week)

Listens and understands instructions good

Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
