Customer Support Agent for Fast-Growing E-commerce Brand

We are a fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand based in the US, and we're looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Support Agent to be the voice of our brand.

This is a part-time role, perfect for someone looking for flexible, long-term work. You will start with 2 hours per day, but as our brand continues to grow, your hours, responsibilities, and pay will increase as well. We are looking for a key tea ---------- mber to grow with us!

We are looking for someone who is:

Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.

Empathetic, patient, and has a genuine desire to help people.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

Previous experience in e-commerce (especially with platforms like Shopify) or customer support is a huge plus!

Wage/Salary per Month:
$200 - $300/mo (approx. PHP 11,500 - 17,500). This is the starting rate for 2 hours/day. Your salary will increase as we increase your hours.
