We’re looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to support the owner of Dadek Digital, a global digital marketing agency working across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and advanced analytics. The role is fully remote, flexible, and focused on removing repetitive admin and client management tasks so we can focus on growth and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Communication: Draft and send professional client
* Onboarding: Send onboarding questionnaires, collect assets (logos, ad account access, brand guidelines), set up client folders and CRM profiles.
* Reporting: Pull weekly client reports from Looker Studio / Google Sheets, integrate Google Ads/Meta Ads/GA4 data, prepare screenshots, highlight anomalies, and draft client summaries.
* Admin & Finance: Manage scheduling and calendars, draft invoices in Xero, reconcile receipts and expenses, and maintain SOPs and client activity logs.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent written English (clear, concise, professional).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Experience with marketing tools is preferred: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (basic navigation + reporting).
* CRM familiarity for client management (HubSpot, Go High Level, or similar).
* Xero experience.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to follow SOPs and maintain consistency.
* Proactive in spotting reporting/admin gaps and improving workflows.
