Cold calling motivated real estate property owners

This job has basically two main steps, it is not all phone work, it also includes sending text messages, sending emails, talking to real estate agents sometimes, and talking to cash buyers, and sending property info to these interested cash buyers.

You should be fluent in English with minimal accent. This is really not a "selling" call, this is an informational call to motivated sellers.

1. you will be cold calling motivated property owners and ask if they would like to receive a cash offer to purchase their property.

2. you would be cold calling potential cash buyers of the property when we resell it. (again it is an information call, you are just asking if these cash buyers would be interested in receiving the info on the property we have available)

3. we anticipate this will be full-time job, roughly an 8 hour day, calling during your night-time into the USA. Your prospects will be skip-traced, you will be leaving voicemail messages (we provide the outline scripts), you will be leaving text messages, and be sending emails. We will train you completely and pay you for your first week of training. You will take breaks as needed, but you should try to put in 8 actual working hours per day.

4. you will need a quiet place to work, a good noice canceling wired headset (not bluetooth) and a PC or laptop. No people talking in the background, no roosters crowing, no fans blowing on your microphone, you need a pro quality wired noise canceling headset. We have been working with Filipino VAs since 2008. I am very familiar with the Philippines, have married a filipina, have kids born in the Philippines, etc.

5. we will provide you with an Open Phone account that can be used only for our project and will have a USA phone number. Priority will be given to applicants who have used Open Phone prior. Recording will be on with Open Phone. This is so we can keep track of your work and we can judge the motivation of the property owner. We are in the real estate business. We buy and sell properties. We are real estate investors.

6. we pay 4usd per hour + bonuses. We pay you in usd either with WISE or paypal. With bonuses an average worker should make at least $1000 per month and if you can't do that we would part friends with you. We pay weekly.

7. please submit a resume, voice sample, and send a screen capture of your internet speed test ( ---------- ) during your night-time hours. You will need to send a photo of your hardware setup and name the type of headset you are using. We don't care if your working area is pretty. We are focused on results. We do not give workers bad reviews.
