JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Full-Time Marketing, Business Development, and Office Administration professional to support the operations of our dynamic real estate brokerage and property management company based in New York.

Marketing - Lead Generation & Development

? Manage and update the CRM system (LeadSimple): enter leads, assign them to appropriate pipelines (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, association boards).
? Design and refine pipeline stages, scripts, and automated email campaigns to drive consistent engagement.
? Write, edit, and publish blog content for the company website; integrate content into CRM campaigns.
? Automate lead workflows to ensure efficient progression through pipeline stages until contracts are executed.
? Develop marketing materials for social media, digital campaigns, and print (e.g., postcards, flyers).
? Research and pull data from MLS and related platforms (e.g., Rescover) to build targeted mailing lists for campaigns.

Office Administration

? Answer and route phone calls, manage the phone tree system, and ensure timely follow-up.
? Oversee real estate transaction documents in the Dotloop system, including listing agreements, disclosures, offers, and applications.
? Maintain and update operational databases: owners, tenants, contractors, work orders, bills, and related records.
? Organize and manage shared cloud-based folders (Google Drive).
? Perform basic bookkeeping functions as needed (training provided).

Skills & Qualifications

? Proven experience in marketing and lead generation.
? Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and tea ---------- mbers.
? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
? Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
? Experience in real estate or property management is a plus.
