E-Commerce Assistant

Who We Are :
We run a rapidly expanding Amazon FBA business specializing in online reselling. We’re not hiring for a short-term gig — we’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership, grow their skills, and be part of building something big.

What You’ll Do :
Product Sourcing ? Finding profitable products to sell on Amazon.
Admin & Inventory Management ? Keeping product, sales, and supplier records accurate.
Order Placement & Supplier Communication ? Sending purchase orders, tracking shipments.
Daily Operations Support ? Helping the business run smoothly across multiple tasks.

Don’t worry if you don’t know Amazon yet — we’ll train you. We care more about your mindset and work ethic than your skills.

What We’re Looking For :
- Mindset > Skills. Driven, coachable, and hungry to grow.
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
- Tech-savvy ? Comfortable with Google Sheets, Drive, and learning new software quickly.
- Reliable internet connection (please attach a speed test).

- Long-term commitment. We want someone who’s here for 3+ years, not a short-term gig.

Terms & Benefits
- Full training provided. No experience with Amazon required.
- Starting Pay: $2.5/hour (full-time, 40 hrs/week), with overtime opporotunities
- Paid Trial Period: 1–2 weeks at full pay to make sure we’re the right fit.
- Performance bonuses & raises for exceptional results.
- Hours ? Standard PH time (9 AM – 5 PM)
- Career growth ? As you master the role, you’ll take on more responsibility and higher pay.
