Download files from webpages and record screen

I need someone to download data daily from between 100 and 700 links per day. Download the data from one link takes between 20 seconds and 5 minutes (depending on whether or not it's easy to find where to click to download the documents). I also want the person to record its screen when doing so, and map each recording to the corresponding link.

To recap, every day:
- You receive an Excel file with between 100 and 700 links in it
- You go on each link and download the file(s) while recording your screen (I will provide the solution for the screen recording)
- You put the files and the recording in the folder corresponding to the link

Every day, this will take between 5h and 10h. I want to pay a fixed price per day and I want to be 100% sure that the task will be done reliably every day (multiple people will do this everyday to cross-check the results).

I also want a long-term commitment and reliability for the task (it's very important that it's done everyday at a fixed time).
