Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to incoming chats and messages.

Maintain a professional and personable tone, matching the brand voice.

Keep conversations engaging and authentic (not robotic or generic).

Escalate sensitive issues to management when needed.

Log interactions daily and share key feedback with the team.

Requirements:

Strong written English communication.

Previous chat support or customer service experience preferred.

Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Consistency, reliability, and attention to detail.
