Virtual Operations Manager / Dispatcher (Full-Time, Monday–Friday, U.S. Hours)
Location: Remote – Philippines
Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. Central Time Zone)
Reports To: Owner/CEO – Delphine Transportation Group

About the Company
Delphine Transportation Group (DTG) is a fast-growing trucking and logistics company based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. We specialize in local freight, warehouse relocations, and are expanding into specialized oilfield hauling.
We are seeking a Virtual Operations Manager who will start by handling daily dispatching tasks, but will quickly grow into a leadership role, managing all operations, compliance, and systems.

Position Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Dispatcher Duties (First 30–60 Days)
MUST BE READY TO BOOK LOADS DAY ONE NO EXCEPTION NO TRAINING
JOB DEMANS 20 LOCAL LOADS BOOKED WEEKLY NO EXCEPTIONS
Handle daily dispatching for local freight loads.
Assign drivers to loads, send pickup/delivery instructions, and monitor check-ins.
Track and update brokers/customers with ETAs and delivery status.
Ensure BOLs, PODs, and load documents are uploaded to Trello/TruckingOffice.
Troubleshoot driver or load issues in real-time.
Phase 2 – Operations Manager Role (After 60 Days)
Oversee driver performance, payroll accuracy, and scheduling.
Manage compliance: DOT/FMCSA records, insurance renewals, permits, registrations.
Prepare weekly profit & loss reports and track company revenue and expenses.
Build and manage direct customer relationships (reduce dependency on brokers).
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and improve internal processes.
Train and supervise additional VAs or dispatchers as the team grows.
Qualifications
Required experience in U.S. trucking or logistics (dispatching, fleet management, or similar).
Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
Problem-solving mindset — able to think quickly under pressure.
Tech-savvy with tools like TruckingOffice, Trello, Google Workspace, QuickBooks.
Quiet, dedicated home office with high-speed, reliable internet.
Full-time commitment only — Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (U.S. hours).
Detail-oriented and able to follow complex instructions exactly.
