Blunt Cases is a trend-forward phone case brand for Gen Z women, blending fashion, self-expression, and confidence into every product.

We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to manage the full campaign lifecycle — coordinating between marketing and product, aligning creative concepts with business goals, and ensuring flawless execution across all channels.

Role Overview

The Campaign Manager will be the point person for campaigns from start to finish. You’ll connect the dots between product launches and marketing initiatives, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and optimized for success.

This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, thrives on collaboration, and can keep creative energy flowing while staying laser-focused on deadlines and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management

Own the end-to-end campaign calendar for product drops, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.

Coordinate timelines and deliverables across product, creative, social, email/SMS, and paid media teams.

Create campaign briefs and ensure all departments understand objectives, messaging, and key dates.

Cross-Department Coordination

Partner with the product team to understand launch timelines, product details, and positioning.

Collaborate with marketing (social, email, ads, influencer) to bring campaigns to life across all channels.

Act as the central point of communication for campaign status updates, ensuring alignment across teams.

Performance & Reporting

Track campaign performance metrics and compile post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.

Support marketing leadership in identifying optimization opportunities for future campaigns.

Trend Awareness & Innovation

Stay ahead of marketing and product trends, ensuring campaigns feel fresh, relevant, and culturally aligned.

Pitch creative campaign ideas that resonate with our Gen Z audience.


What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–4 years in campaign management, project coordination, or marketing operations.


Skills:

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Comfort managing timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.

Creative problem-solving with a process-driven mindset.


Bonus Points For:

Experience in DTC e-commerce brands.

Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, ---------- , or other marketing tools.
