HR recruitment and finding/filtering employees

Hi,

I am looking for someone to look for employees and go through applications for our team.

Let me know what experience you have had. Send some examples. Hubstaff will be used to track time.

Pay is $1/hr with performance bonuses if employee becomes a star; you get a portion of what we make percentage wise.
