3D Architectural Rendering Specialist

Requirements:

Working closely with design teams and interpreting architectural designs as specified within project sketches, architectural drawings or models; realizing those design as compelling imagery.
Manage the entire 3D process from start to finish based on department standards.
Manage the entire postproduction process from start to finish based on department standards.
Preparation and setup of scenes for distributed and/or network rendering, and submitting those scenes to our render farm management system.
Work independently and as a part of a team project.
Maintain high quality standards and meet tight deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or Industrial Design.
2-4 yrs experience in a design or studio environment.
Understand of color, composition and lighting in imagery.
Intermediate / expert knowledge of 3ds Max 2016+
Beginner / Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Sketchup.
Knowledge of Unreal, Unity, Zbrush, Maya a plus.
Expert knowledge of lighting and render settings with Vray 3.4+
Beginner / Intermediate knowledge of Corona. Please note that Corona is our main
rendering engine.
Intermediate knowledge of industry standard 3rd party plugins.
Expert knowledge of editing and compositing with Adobe Photoshop.
Takes initiative to experiment with new software and industry trends.
Active follower and contributor of the 3D arch-viz community.
Proficiency in Photoshop.
Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.
Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects
simultaneously.
Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented.
Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times.
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
