About Us:
"We're a fast-growing B2B laundry company looking to expand, we need a talented VA to drive our sales efforts.

The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to become a key part of our sales team. Your primary mission will be to generate new business opportunities by managing our entire outbound sales process, from research to initial contact. You will be directly responsible for filling the top of our sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify new market segments, ideal customer profiles, and potential lead sources.

Lead Generation: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo to build and maintain a robust database of qualified leads.

Lead Nurturing: Execute email and social media outreach sequences (using tools like Mailchimp, Lemlist, or ---------- ) to engage and warm up cold leads.

Cold Calling: Confidently make outbound calls to qualified leads to introduce our services, gauge interest, and book appointments for our sales executives.

CRM Management: Accurately log all activities, notes, and lead statuses in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

Proven experience as a Sales VA, SDR, or in a similar outbound sales role.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

A confident and clear phone presence – you enjoy talking to new people.

Familiarity with basic sales tools (CRMs, email sequencers, LinkedIn).

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

A results-oriented mindset with a drive to hit and exceed targets.
