Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of our ongoing projects. This role starts at 10 hours per week with the opportunity to scale into a full-time position.

You’ll be responsible for managing and scheduling social media projects (organized in Excel), ensuring that tasks move smoothly across our designer, engineer, and owner.

Responsibilities
Manage and update project trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.
Schedule and oversee social media content posting.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and the owner to ensure projects are on time.
Track project status and update accordingly (“design complete,” “ready to post,” etc.).
Proactively identify bottlenecks and help the team stay on schedule.
Report regularly to the owner with project updates and timelines.
Take initiative in organizing workflows and suggesting improvements.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets project tracking.
Experience scheduling content on social media platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn tools/software as needed.

Nice to Have
Experience in content creation or social media management.
Basic understanding of design and engineering workflows.
Previous work in a fast-paced startup or digital environment.
