We specialize in launching and scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands in the US and global markets. Our leadership team has helped major brands like Temu, Tencent, ChiForest, SMOORE, and Elfbar succeed overseas, and we’re now launching our own in-house DTC ventures.


Location: Remote (Southeast Asia)


Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented DTC Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist to join our lean and agile team. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of our digital advertising and DTC e-commerce operations. You will be a key player in launching a diverse range of innovative products, from consumer electronics to specialized tools, targeting both B2C and B2B customers.


What You'll Do:



Digital Advertising:

Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and others.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR), and optimize for maximum efficiency and ROI.
Collaborate with our in-house creative specialist to provide feedback on ad performance and request new creative assets.


DTC Operations:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify-based independent e-commerce store.
Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment logistics in collaboration with our supply chain team.
Implement and manage customer service processes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conduct A/B testing and site optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.


Expansion:

Assist in setting up and managing new sales channels as we expand to platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.
Stay updated on the latest trends in DTC e-commerce, digital marketing, and the consumer electronics market.


What We're Looking For:

Proven experience (2-3 years) in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for e-commerce brands.
Hands-on experience with Shopify is a must.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Experience with a diverse range of product categories (consumer electronics, B2B tools, etc.) is a plus.
