Your Role
We are a Vienna-based marketing agency looking for a talented Video Editor who can turn raw German footage into engaging, high-performing content for ads and social media. (No need to speak German — you’ll work with AI tools to adapt and localize content.)

Your Responsibilities

Editing short-form ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for maximum performance

Creating motion design elements, transitions, and animations that enhance engagement

Cutting and re-purposing long-form content into shorter, platform-optimized clips

Adapting and localizing content using AI tools for translations and creative variations

Collaborating closely with our marketing team to develop high-converting ad creatives

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in video editing for ads and social media

A deep understanding of platform-specific trends and performance requirements

The ability to create videos that capture attention in the first few seconds

Creativity, precision, and an eye for detail

Willingness to work with German raw footage, supported by AI tools for translation/adaptation
