Virtual Assistant + Video Editor (Influencer Marketing Agency)

We are an influencer marketing agency looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant + Video Editor to support our team. This is a fully remote role with a focus on video editing, file organization, and campaign support.

Main Responsibilities:

Basic video editing (e.g., overlaying music on b-rolls using CapCut or similar tools)
Downloading and organizing creators' content into the correct Drive folders
Keeping campaign trackers and internal documents updated and organized
Supporting the team with general admin tasks as needed

Requirements:

Video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
Fluent in English (C2 level) both written and verbal
Familiar with TikTok and short-form content editing
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
Experience with asynchronous work and ability to overlap with PH daytime hours
Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
Backup power and internet/data solutions

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience working with TikTok and Instagram creators
Background in UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns

Work Setup:

Fully remote
Stable internet (50 Mbps minimum) and reliable backup power/data are required
Part-time with at least 4+ hours of overlap during PH daytime hours
