Qualifications:
• Open to Fresh Graduates
• Bachelor’s Degree / Vocational Graduate
• Senior High in IT-related courses (advantage)
• High School graduates with solid BPO experience are welcome

Job Description:
• Provide technical end-user support via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Perform maintenance and restorative actions
