Senior Web Designer (SEO-Focused)

This is not for a basic designer who only works from templates. We need someone who understands how design, SEO, and user experience fit together, and who can take ownership of projects from wireframe to finished layout.

What You Will Do

• Design clean, functional wireframes for high-performing pages
• Create location and service page designs that are professional, persuasive, and SEO-friendly
• Work with developers to bring your designs to life accurately
• Ensure every design is responsive, fast, and user-friendly
• Improve client websites with layouts that increase engagement and conversions
• Support SEO goals with smart design decisions such as readability, structure, and schema-ready layouts

What We Are Looking For

• Proven track record in professional web design with live examples, not just mockups
• Ability to create designs that are both visually strong and performance-driven
• Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop
• Strong understanding of responsive design best practices
• Awareness of how design choices affect SEO and conversions
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of meeting deadlines consistently

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for WordPress builds such as Elementor or Divi
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization
• Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
