About the Role

As our AI Marketing Client Manager, you will be the strategist and relationship leader for our clients. You’ll use AI-powered marketing tools, CRM systems, and automation to design and deliver campaigns that generate measurable growth.

This role is built for leadership. The right candidate will grow into Pod Captain, where you’ll lead your own team, mentor others, and play a key role in shaping the company’s future.

Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Growth: Design AI-supported marketing plans, campaigns, and content calendars.

Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for clients — onboarding, updates, approvals, and monthly reports.

CRM Management: Track leads, client performance, and campaign history using CRM systems.

Performance Marketing: Oversee paid and organic strategies with a focus on ROI and measurable growth.

AI Automations: Deploy AI to streamline reporting, scheduling, analytics, and campaign workflows.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Creator to turn strategy into engaging campaigns.

Ideal Qualifications
5+ years in digital marketing, account management, or sales.

Experience creating and managing social media strategies.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Trello, or similar).

Strong English (spoken/written) for confident client communication.

Excited to work with AI and help deploy it in marketing.
