Media Buyer – Facebook/Meta Ads

Match Maid Cleaning is in the home services industry, and we are seeking a talented media buyer to run and optimize paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads. You’ll work directly with our leadership team on campaigns and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Launch, manage, and optimize Meta/Facebook ads

Track and report performance (ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.)

Test ad creatives, copy, and targeting

Recommend improvements to campaigns for better results

Qualifications:

Proven experience running Meta ads (required)

Experience in home services or local lead generation preferred

Knowledge of ad reporting and scaling strategies

Detail-oriented and results-driven

Compensation:

$5–$7/hour depending on experience

20–30 hours per week with potential for full-time
