We are looking for a TikTok Ads Media Buyer to join our in-house team and take full ownership of TikTok advertising campaigns. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) where you will manage, scale, and optimize our TikTok channel.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and executing TikTok ad strategies for e-commerce campaigns
- Managing daily budgets, monitoring performance, and scaling winning ads
- Testing a large volume of creatives provided by our editing team
- Researching competitors, trends, and audience insights on TikTok
- Analyzing performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM) and making optimization decisions
- Collaborating with our creative strategist and editors to continuously improve results
- Staying updated with TikTok Ads best practices, policies, and new features

Requirements:
- Proven experience running TikTok Ads for e-commerce/DTC brands
- Hands-on experience managing real ad spend ($1k+/day preferred)
- Strong understanding of creative testing, scaling, and campaign structure
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work with a creative team
- Self-starter, proactive, and detail-oriented

Work Hours:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (8 hours daily)
- Flexible schedule, but must be available for team communication when needed
