We’re growing our performance team and are on the lookout for a Google Ads Specialist who thrives on driving measurable ROI for ecommerce brands.
The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimise campaigns for our portfolio of DTC ecommerce clients.
You’ll be responsible for strategy, setup, and ongoing optimisation across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, ensuring campaigns align with each brand’s goals and funnel strategy.
This role is ideal for someone who loves diving into data, testing creatives, and delivering insights that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Google Ads strategies for ecommerce brands across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.
- Set up, optimise, and scale campaigns aligned with each brand’s objectives (ROAS, MER, new customer acquisition).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and product feed optimisation.
- Continuously monitor performance, adjust bids, and refine strategies to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to test ad copy, creative variations, and landing pages.
- Report weekly on campaign performance with actionable insights.
-Stay ahead of Google Ads updates and ecommerce trends to keep accounts competitive.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads for ecommerce brands (agency or in-house).
- Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS and profitability in Shopping and Performance Max.
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with Shopify, Google Merchant Center, and GA4.
- Ability to interpret analytics and turn data into clear insights.
- Strong communication skills — able to articulate what’s working, what’s not, and why.
- Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
Hours & Structure
- Approx. 10-12 hours per week (preferably set days)
- Weekly performance updates and monthly strategy reviews
