This is a full-time position (8-hour period from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET).
What You’ll Tackle:
Research & Lead Identification
-Develop a strong understanding of U.S. medical device and medtech companies.
-Research and compile prospective client data into spreadsheets and our firm’s database.
-Keep contact information updated and properly tagged.
Client Development & Engagement
-Execute structured outreach campaigns (cold calls, Dripify,
-Make 80–100 calls per shift and consistently engage prospects.
-Schedule and confirm appointments for the Practice Leader.
-Monitor job postings from primary boards; flag relevant opportunities daily and track them in a central spreadsheet.
-Manage multiple calendars accurately and efficiently.
Administrative Support
-Update, maintain, and organize the firm database.
-Ensure all information is logged, current, and accessible to the team.
What’s Needed to Win:
-Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
-2+ years’ success in sales development, lead generation, or business development.
-Strong track record of turning leads into qualified opportunities.
-Comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
-Excellent written and spoken English communication.
-Persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online research.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
-Team-player mindset with experience in collaborative environments.
-Willingness to work any 4–6 hour period between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM ET.
-Access to reliable high-speed internet, computer, headset, and quiet work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
-Hourly base plus performance-based incentives.

Goals & Growth:
Must contribute to at least 1 new client acquisition within the first 60 days, then one more new client every 60 days to remain employed. Strong performance will open the door to increased responsibilities.
