We’re expanding and looking for someone who loves building systems, staying organized, and helping creative businesses run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the backbone of our operations, keeping projects and finances on track while helping us scale.
Bookkeeping – manage expenses, invoices, QuickBooks.
Project Management – track client progress, freelancers, and final delivery.
System Building – create workflows in Notion / Asana / Todoist / Google Calendar.
E-Commerce – support Shopify store setup and daily operations.
Work closely with the founder on scaling operations.
What We’re Looking For
Bookkeeping & QuickBooks experience.
Familiar with project management tools (Notion / Asana / Todoist).
Shopify knowledge (or ability to learn quickly).
Organized, reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Not required, but a big plus if you have:
Video editing (Davinci Resolve, Premiere, or Final Cut)
Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Social media management (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
Content scheduling & analytics
Compensation & Growth
$5/hour to start (part-time, remote).
10–20 hours/week (flexible).
Growth path – option to transition into full-time after proving yourself.
