I’m a Chartered Accountant and Business Advisor based in Melbourne, Australia. I create educational content for business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors. My style is clear, professional, but also approachable — making “boring” accounting and finance topics engaging and valuable.

Role: Social Media Growth Specialist (Instagram Focus)

Main Goal:
Help me grow my Instagram followers and engagement in an authentic, sustainable way — reaching business owners and entrepreneurs in Australia (and globally).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to grow Instagram followers (organic growth focus).

Research trending content formats, hashtags, and posting strategies.

Manage engagement (liking, commenting, following/unfollowing in line with best practices).

Optimise Instagram bio, highlights, and profile for follower growth.

Monitor analytics and provide reports on growth, reach, and engagement.

Support secondary growth on YouTube and LinkedIn (repurposing content, cross-promotion).


Skills Required

Proven experience growing Instagram accounts (please share examples).

Strong knowledge of Instagram algorithm, Reels, and growth hacks.

Understanding of authentic, organic growth (no bots, no fake followers).

Ability to write engaging captions and hashtags (English).

Familiarity with professional/business audiences.

Bonus: Experience with YouTube Shorts & LinkedIn growth strategies.

Deliverables

A clear Instagram growth strategy tailored to my niche.

Weekly reporting on followers, engagement, and reach.

Practical execution: posting, engaging, optimising.

Recommendations for improvements to content and strategy.

Type of Work

Part-time to start (5–10 hours/week).

Ongoing work if successful (long-term partnership).
