Community moderator

I help run a crowdsourced product recommendation site and I'm looking for a few people interested in helping build a community. Community moderation involves engaging with users, mediating conflicts, polishing up user contributions so they stylistically and tonally follow guidelines, and answering user questions which involves product research.

It pays $4/h via PayPal. It can be part time or full time depending on your preferences. Also, importantly, I'm not looking for a temp person. I'm looking to add a long-term, equal member to the team.
