Virtual Assistant – Lead Qualification (fitness niche)

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency helping online fitness coaches scale their businesses. We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us qualify and clean lead lists on a weekly basis.

This is NOT a typical scraping role. You will receive large lead lists from us, along with step-by-step video tutorials and clear requirements for what makes a lead a good fit. Your job will simply be to go through the lists, remove unqualified leads, and make sure the final version only includes the right prospects.

Hourly rate: $3

What you’ll do:
- Review provided lead lists weekly (12-15 hours of work weekly).
- Qualify leads based on our requirements (we’ll provide detailed tutorials).
- Remove leads that don’t fit the criteria.
- Deliver a clean, ready-to-use lead list for the team.

Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail (this is crucial).
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets.
- Reliable, efficient, and able to follow clear instructions.
- Great english.

Logistics:
- Weekly task: ~12–15 hours.
- Best if done in two/three batches so our team has the list ready for the week.

Long-term role with room to grow and become full-time if you’re consistent and reliable.

Technical requirements:
- Good laptop/computer.
- Fast, reliable internet connection.
