Job Description
We are Engenesis, a global venture builder that partners with startups to design, launch, and scale their businesses. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative / Closer to join our team.
You’ll be working directly with business owners, entrepreneurs, and startup founders, helping them take their next step with our entry-level service packages in the AUD $250–$500 range. We provide the leads, scripts, and training — you focus on conversations and conversions.
What you’ll do
Message and follow up with leads using our CRM and scripts
Run short intro calls (via Zoom/phone)
Close deals into our entry-level packages
Log activity and maintain clear pipeline records
Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing team
What we offer
Base salary: AUD $300–$400/month (~?12K–?15K PHP)
Commission per sale: AUD $60–$100
On-target earnings: AUD $40K–$75K/year (uncapped)

Who you are
1–2 years of telesales, call centre, or appointment setting experience
Comfortable messaging and speaking with entrepreneurs and startup founders
Strong English (written + spoken)
Motivated by uncapped earnings and performance-driven pay
Coachable, reliable, and target-driven
Experience in B2B sales or working with business owners/startups is a plus
Wage/Salary per Month
?15,000 – ?25,000 PHP + commission
