JOB OVERVIEW

Project Manager - Virtual Assistants, Daily, weekly and Monthly responsibilities!


Product Operations
Product and Niche Research. 10 hours per month.
Identify one or two passion niches per month.
Identify 10 “HOT saler”products per month.
5 FREE + shipping/handling products
5 retail products
Add & Remove Products From Store. 6 hours per month.
All Aliexpress.com products by have “Epacket” options available.
FREE + shipping and handling product.
Product CAN NOT be over $5.99 total cost
Duplicate product into retail product
Retail Products
Must be over $6.00
Must have at least two variants
Create a “Product bundle” variant
Insure all buying links are working properly
Create Image Ads for Facebook ™.
Post page engagement
Link ads
Add content to fan page. Content must match to each niche. 2 hours per month.
Schedule four content post for every product post
Day 1
Two Content post. 8 am and 6pm
Day 2
Two Content post. 8 am and 6pm
Day 3
Product product post. Anytime.
Add Products to the appropriate Fan Page. (Create New Fan Page for any new niche).
Create buying links in bitly.com
Schedule products after fourth content post.
Create Product Landing Page using “MobileOptin.”
Each product launch must have it’s own landing page to help build email list for each passion niche
Facebook ™Fan Page Management - 1 hour month
Respond to comments showing and teaching people how to buying
Block unnecessary comments or post
Email Sales & Growth
Schedule weekly emails for each passion niche and buyers/non buyers store list.
See email marketing blueprint
Test all links are linking to correct products and product categories.
Must get owner approval before sending email campaign.

Product Fulfillment -
One by one - copy and paste name and shipping address of customer into vendor page.
At day end export orders to CSV file - send a file to product vendor and get shipping tracking numbers for each order.
Build relationships with vendors.
Get cheaper rates
Ask for bulk fulfillment
Customer Service
Ensure our customers are happy with their purchase
Follow our return policy
Help Prevent product returns
Keep track of customer feedback
Ask previous customers for testimonial
