? Responsibilities:
• Cold calling & SMS outreach (scripts provided)
• Lead management & follow-ups in CRM
• Property research (Zillow/Propwire)
• Skip tracing & data entry
• Coordinating with acquisitions

? Requirements:
• Fluent spoken & written English
• Reliable internet & headset
• Real estate/wholesaling VA experience preferred (not required)
• Coachable, reliable, hungry for results
