We’re looking for YouTube Thumbnail Designers who can consistently create bold, eye-catching, scroll-stopping designs that drive clicks. This isn’t a side hustle — it’s a chance to become part of an elite creative team dedicated to growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Designing 2-4 YouTube thumbnails per week (content-dependent).

Creating high-CTR, trend-driven, and original designs.

Revising quickly based on feedback until the design is perfect.

Staying on top of YouTube design trends and applying them to client work.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven portfolio of YouTube thumbnails (not just general graphics).

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva Pro.

Reliable communication in English.

Ability to hit deadlines consistently.
