• Orchestrate Client Transformations: Guide clients through our proven six-step process from Discovery to Reviews and Referrals
• Drive Perfect Execution: Maintain our 95% project completion success metric across all implementations
• Bridge Technical and Human Elements: Translate complex AI capabilities into tangible client benefits
• Cultivate Client Champions: Generate Google reviews from 80% of clients and secure 3 referrals from 70% of clients
• Maintain Rapid Response: Provide 24-hour communication (9 AM - 5 PM) with both clients and developers
• Coordinate Virtual Teams: Work seamlessly with our VA-supported operational model

• Background in managing distributed teams and virtual assistants
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into clear, compelling client benefits
• Understanding of compliance requirements for communications technology
