Lead Generation Specialist & Cold Caller for Business Research and Phone Interviews

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle both lead generation and cold calling for business research purposes. This dual-role position involves identifying target prospects, gathering their contact information, and conducting phone interviews with business owners and professionals across various industries.
The primary goal is to build a pipeline of qualified leads and gather insights into their biggest challenges and pain points through direct phone conversations.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation:

Research and identify target businesses and business owners across specified industries
Gather accurate contact information including direct phone numbers, email addresses, and business details
Build and maintain organized databases of prospects with relevant business information
Verify contact information accuracy before passing to cold calling phase
Use various research tools and methods to find hard-to-reach decision makers

Cold Calling:

Conduct outbound calls to researched prospects and business owners
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their challenges and business needs
Document responses accurately and provide detailed notes after each call
Maintain a professional demeanor and represent our company positively during all interactions
Follow up on leads and schedule additional interviews as necessary
Convert research conversations into qualified business opportunities

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of all research findings and call outcomes
Provide regular updates on lead generation progress and call results
Create organized contact lists with reachability assessments
Track conversion rates from leads to completed interviews
