E-commerce Virtual Assistant (Freelance/Remote)

We’re looking for a hands-on Virtual Assistant to support the Head of Delivery at Chary with day-to-day execution tasks. You’ll be working directly inside our clients’ e-commerce setup and marketing tools, making sure data is set up correctly, reports are ready to go, and onboardings run smoothly.

What you’ll do
- Set up and maintain dashboards & reports (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Dataslayer).
- Support client and specialist onboarding (making sure accounts, tools and data are set up correctly).
- Manage and update tasks inside Monday & Excel.
- Communicate quickly and clearly with the Head of Delivery.
- Research and figure things out when tools or tasks are new to you.

Who you are
- Familiar with e-commerce stores and tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads & Klaviyo (experience with Dataslayer/Monday is a plus).
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable.
- Hands-on and proactive, with clear communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

You don’t need to create ads or write emails — the focus is on onboarding, data accuracy and reporting.
