Full-Service Real Estate Administrative Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Full-Service Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline the operational functions of our brokerage. This role is critical in supporting agent success, maintaining compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lofty CRM Management: Set up, maintain, and optimize agent accounts; manage leads, campaigns, and reporting; ensure the database is current and organized.
Agent Onboarding: Guide new partner agents through the onboarding process with professionalism; set up emails, CRM access, compliance tools, and ensure smooth integration into company systems.
Back-End Systems: Design, document, and implement efficient workflows and standard operating procedures to support growth and consistency across the brokerage.
DocuSign Oversight: Manage all e-signature processes, templates, and compliance-related documentation to ensure smooth, error-free transactions.
Invoice & Payment Management: Prepare, track, and manage invoices; support commission disbursements; coordinate with accounting to maintain financial accuracy.
Ideal Candidate Qualities:
Strong knowledge of real estate operations and compliance.
Tech-savvy with experience in Lofty CRM and DocuSign.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create scalable systems.
Proactive, resourceful, and committed to supporting both the brokerage and its agents.
This role ensures that agents and leadership can focus on production and growth while operations run seamlessly in the background.
